Just changed mine over the weekend and my car was at 65,800 miles. It wasn't bad but I decided to play it safe.

Changed mine last Saturday and I was at 97,500 and the belt still looked good.
I was more worried about the idler bearing or tensioner wearing out than the belt.

Posted via FF Mobileima at 126K I just bought it . The guys said he never changed it . I don't even drive it because I don't want it to snap . But I'm gathering all the parts I need right now . Timing kit ( belt tensioner and pully) valve cover gasket . And h20 pump . And I would not recomend waiting till 126k its pushing it !

Changed mine around 110k with idler and tensioner at the local Ford dealer.

Prior to new belt installation:

Changed mine at 175,000. Belt looked good. Water pump really rattled and squawked. Got lucky with that one. Won't wait so long with the next change.

Every time I'm chaining oil I always check the belt.
If I'm gonna see any cracks or excessive wear I will replace it. Other than that, I don't see the point of doing it.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it ;)

I've stretched it to 100K and then 80K while boosted. Belt can hold up to some abuse. I say better safe then sorry and 80-100K makes for a good interval. I'd say 80K. I always do a new water pump and tensioner while in there. At 180K; I added doing the headgasket as well as preventative maintenance.

I changed mine at 86,xxx the engine has 15,xx less than the body.

A few weeks before I did the belt I had a VCT scare and I could spin the idler puller with the belt on. This was in late May.
