well maybe you should be a little more communitive with these people you sold the stuff to, and dude why would you ship these small ass things via gray hound anyways, go with UPS or Fedex or Post Office and get a tracking number with signature confirmation to make sure people dont say they didnt get it. Pay the extra few bucks to save your ass from this stuff.

So why then have you let this thread go on for so long without stepping in a deffending yourself? You've been on the site since it has been posted.


Right now your making yourself sound more and more like the scammer. If I had shipped a part and it said it was delievered and was not, then I would be all over the shipping company for my money back or for the part. If your such a great seller than step up and look into it on your end. Also was the package insured? If your shipping anything worth over $40 you should insure it. Or ship UPS who automaticaly insures up to $100.


Now to the OP he does have a point you could have the part and be asking for a refund on top of it. Have you asked for your money back or just for the part? Also if you agreed to the shipping via Greyhound and felt good with it, then you also have to take some blame. Make sure the person your buying from can provide insurance and/or a tracking number.


Now I'm not here taking sides or placing blame. I am merely stepping in to help both sides settle this. I want to see this worked out as nicely as possible.

actually, IIRC, greyhound makes you sign on delivery, cause it arrives at their station then you pick it up, so that could be proved or disproved.

Yes i do understand what he is saying by i could be trying to get money back while having the headers. But there are many people you can ask that will say i have received no such thing, such as Rob (dung1sm) and other socal fanatics we had a minimeet and i told them of how i purchased some headers and was waitng. Also a good friend of mine who helps me with installation knows ive been waiting. My parents also know that ive been waiting patiently and optimistically hoping that it was some sort of mix up but now after 3 months i had to do something.I agreed to greyhound unfortunately due to the fact im 19 and a full time student with no job at the time using by birthday money to fix up my focus so tried to save a few extra bucks. So you can trust and BELIEVE if i received the headers they would have been on my car the very NEXT day. I had asked him for a tracking number a few times and he just disappeared. Via greyhound only the original shipper can file a claim. I want to believe this was all a mixup with greyhound but it just reeks of BS which is y i posted this to get some feedback i want this resolved the best way possible also i tried to avoid things from getting ugly but oh well.

thats exactly what i said because i called my greyhound station to ask and they said they check id also they cant tell if its been released because they would need a tracking number

i dont surf the threads on here daily anymore, since i no longer am a focus enthusiast, i didnt even know this thread was going on... the technically this is the only person who claims to not have recieved anything... the buyer of the TB i had told i was unable to send him the TB and agreed to refund his money, so theres isnt a slew of people claiming i have ripped them off...

and that is true that greyhound makes you sign, which is why i doubt the situation because they said the package was picked up.... and i only offer greyhound for shipping because i believe its the cheapest way and i have never had a problem.

Actually Mike, you should have been aware this was going on, dfull60 contacted me about a month ago regarding contact info for you and this was a week or two prior to this thread starting. If you clearly didn't scam this guy can you provide him the tracking number? It is that simple. Also when you ship Greyhound down here they have all your info in their system and retain that. I'd suggest going to the location where you shipped it and getting the info. Also to dfull60, if you haven't received this and paid via credit card, I would open a case with your credit card company as they will fight the charges with paypal and inturn paypal will remove said amount from ferkozx3's payment method that he has in paypal or that he had at the time.

man if you were any kind of desent person you would try and help this person out.. he sent you his money and from the sounds of it you took it and split.. it's worthless people like you that put a bad rep out their for other people trying to sell parts.. i don't give a rats ass if you are some great seller on other boards.. were not talking about other boards were talking about focusfanatics.. as as far as im conserned im glad your not a focus enthusiast any more. you give all of us a bad name. and you can just GTFO.

look how hard is it to go to the place you shipped it and say i think their has been a problem and get it worked out.. i fought fed ex for 2 months to get a guy his money back for a hood i shipped him and they broke in shipping. it is part of selling something over the net. im going with you scamed him and have sold the header local or on another board. theif!

to the OP file a clame with your bank or credit card and get your money back from this ass hat. never trust any one wanting to only ship greayhound. if they say hey it is cheaper then other shipping comp's and your cool with it then ok but tell them you want tracking info on it.
