First Trip to the 1/4 mile

Well.....i guess it went alright lol. This was my best run:
Reaction: .652
60': 2.686
1/4 mile: 16.825
MPH: 83.75

My mods are FSWerks CAI, FRPP suspension, and CFM Short Shifter.
I know i can improve on the 60', but i can't figure it out. any tips?

The mph looks right. Your 60' times is what is killing you.
Try launching easier (lower RPM) and slipping the clutch longer.
Don't do a big burnout either. Just enough to get the water off.

You could definitely use improvement on the 60ft. I get consistent 2.1 60fts by just slipping the clutch out a little and about the time I start to boost (4k or so) I go to 2nd and put it to the floor. I hardly use 1st gear.

Lowering the tire pressure on street tires won't do much. I run my best passes at 32psi tire pressure. A burnout is pointless because your tires grip their best at everyday road temperature. Just spin them over a few rotations to clean them off and make the pass.
