But I would like to get them just to be safe, plus they throw the light a lot better.
Thats what I've done with my HIDs also, I've aimed them down 2" lower from factory (25ft from wall) and made sure they didnt blind other oncoming traffic.

Well here's a pic I took this morning while picking up a co worker before work...

Here is one after I painted the Grille... Should of never painted the emblem.

True, and this is the main reason why I want to do a retrofit HID projector. To NOT fit in with other who use HIDs in halogen housing (i know Im rockin hids in halogen housing). Just waiting on finding some headlights for cheap.

^ I wasnt trying to get on anybody with HIDs, like i said i had them and love them. One of my ballast burnt out and I just threw the stockers back in. After awhile I realized that every highschool kid in town had a set and i didnt want them anymore

Although to be fair they usually have 8-10k super blue ones. Its nice to see something different (yellow, diamond white, purple, etc)

^LOL the problem with being cool and getting them as purple as possible is your eyes dont use the blue spectrum as well as the white. if I got HIDs they are gonna be the brightest truest white color I can get before going "blue/purple"

I personally think pure white (no blue/yellow) is SO clean looking. It's why I went with 5000K!

@psurvie > i think i might could use that lip but id if it will fit over my 3d carbon ground effects. Bc the driveways and streets r steep in Chattanooga ive already scraped what i call the "fangs" and i wanna see if that would fix that issue. and its not a bad price either
