no. it's like a 1.4% difference. the fact that you're running a tiny tire on a tiny wheel is the reason why yours is way off.

I used some tongue and groove wooden lament flooring that I got from Home Depot. The stuff I got was super simple to install, just cut out the sides so it fits then snap them together and repeat for the next board.
