Yea I've seen a guy on YouTube who did that to his outer chrome on his tails. I think I might actually do it I'm just unsure cause I really am not looking to draw attention to my car from the cops. I'll find that video and post it.

she's back! you can def tell that fender was painted. it doesn't shine like the rest of the car but it isn't a bad job. color is spot on and everything. good to have her back.

red smoke film.

you can get it on eBay for about $6-8 for a 24" sq sheet or you can go directly to rvinyl, they have a pre-cut kit for about $30. you will need to get the application supplies or have a friend do it for you. It only took about an hr to do them all myself.

Here is a quick doctoring in the photo editing software.
it was from the other day when it was 119* outside, i felt like i was going to melt into the pavement.
