I purchased a set of seats from him on July 27th. We agreed on a total price for him to meet me. Met him and received seats on Aug 15th. Once I got home, I realized I was missing a section. I text him and he said it had been left at home and he would mail it out to me. I offered to split the shipping. After that day, I never heard from him again. Here it is 3 weeks later and I have text him about every other day with no response. Just send him a final text and pm, then filed a Paypal claim.

it sucks that you got ripped off by someone, but i have had no dealings with him at all so hold my comments..

Well yet again Paypal basically says I am SOL since I did not buy this item on Ebay. This is the second time I have bought something on here and had a problem with the seller and Paypal gives me the finger. What good are they?

iirc paypal DOES protect the buyer even if the item was not bought via ebay, they dont protect the seller.

They said they will protect if I never received anything, but since I was only missing a piece of it, then they can't verify what was agreed upon unless it was on Ebay.
