Hey i was looking online at the FSSCTPROG2 i have a chance to buy a X3 SCT local cheap and what i was wondering is later on as i add more mods if updating tunes would be free or if there would be a cost?

I think it would not really be fair to Tom for you to buy an XCal from somewhere cheap and then ask him to do the tuning. I know Tom has helped tune several peoples cars that had a bad tune from someone else free of charge but I think in your situation the right thing to do if you would like a tune from Tom is to buy the tuner from him. It is not very much money if you think about what you are getting. I have added several parts and been retuned for all of them. Hes almost always available for questions and he is very helpful.

i would not ask him to fix the tune i would ask him for a entire tune to start with and after that if the updates would be free

I would honestly just buy the thing local and send it to whoever for a tune.

yeah that was my plan but i was wanting to know what the tune and the updates would cost

If you have a flasher already I charge 150.00 for a full custom NA tune and that comes with FREE updates as you add more mods
