Oh and for spacing from the ground...........
I measured the the car at ride height, distance from bumpstop plus 1 in and then mounted them that number of in from the ground. that way at full bump i still have about 1" of clearance till it drags on the ground.

When I drop it again they will be a lot closer. right now I need to figure out what im going to do with the car, drop it a little, slam it a lot, leave it alone, go for more power. I just dont know what to do, I only drive it about 50 miles week.

I was searching the interwebs and found these mud flaps in black and green. But, Rally Armor doesn't have that option on their site, nor do they have the option to custom color the logo. The green looks Amazing. This is the picture I found. I want.

DVolpe with his Mk3 just painted and put a clear coat to protect the paint... I don't know how well paint would hold up on the urethane ones, but should stick to the basics.

Just looked his up. They look good. And the basics are much much cheaper than the Urethane ones. I did think about painting them, but wasn't sure how well it would hold up. Can't hurt to try. At worst, I have Black mud flaps.

I am in the process of installing the UR+'s on my Mk3. They are a bit pricey and big, but they look RACECAR! LOL

Can you mount/dis-mount them quickly? I am planning on using them in the winter only so not looking for anything permanent. I will keep the screws in the holes when they are not on to avoid oxidation. What kind of bolts (or screws) did you use for them? Probably just going to go with a self-tapping stainless steel myself but was curious about what you used. Thanks!

Does anyone have a picture of the OEM molded splash guards for a 2009 and a picture of the OEM non-molded splash guards on a 2009? Thanks
