There have been some big miscomunications between us. I spoke with him on Friday and we are working on getting this figured out.
Eric i left a message with i guess ur mother in law to give me a call tomorrow (7-27) between the times of 3:30 and 4:30. sorry for the small window but i have a VERY busy scheduel coming up.

i have also had problems with him before. ordered a SVT ORP from him paid in full up frount and never heard from him again. if it wasn't for the fact that i paid him through his friends paypal i might have never gotten my money back. he never returned any of my PM's to him and i still have yet to recieve any kind of message or e-mail or phone call from him. all i kept getting was he had stuff going on at home... he i get that but you got to take care of your buyers first. i would never buy from him again.

For the sake of fellow members and our own possibility to sell parts in the future you should report it and avoid any development of similar situations. This is against ourselves.

a similar situation happened on my miata forum, somebody knew his name and then they facebooked him and a bunch of his friends and gf.
then they found out where he worked and started calling and messaging him and calling his cell, (it was on his facebook) and 3-4 months after they guy paid for the wheels, and then next thing you know withing 2 days of them finding his facebook and stuff he refunded the money.

people on here might say thats not right do dont that, but if they have your hard earned money, then why not fight to get it back?

Going about this route could be considered stalking and harassment depending on the state laws. All the person would have to do is get their friend's to cooperate with their stories and then the problems turn around back onto you.

BTW: I hope you get this settled and taken care of. Never had to deal with the guy but it just makes people even more leary about doing dealings with others on here.

yea but the problem is it's not your job to have to do so. your buddy should take care of his comitments if people are paying him for something. i understand stuff happens but i would at least let my buyer know im going through something and it might take longer than expected to do what is needed. he has not once gotton on here and said anything about it or tried to defend him self. so in my book that just goes to show us he can't be trusted in buying from him. im sure he is a great guy and friend and im not questioning that. just he shouldn't sell something and then not 1. ship it. 2. not contact the buyer. hell how long dose it take to get on here and say sorry im really busy right now but ill get it to you soon. im going to let it go cause i got my money back and im happy i didn't get riped off. but it dose piss me off that i had to go through this and i had to do what i did.. not trying to burn and bridges or any thing. thats all. im done.
