^^ Sounds about right ^^

And we don't have to use glass ... we can use good clear plastic.

You can get some plexi-glass, draw the logo on there, ant then use a dremmel ratary tool to cut the plastic, then you can just buy the aluminum triming and frame arround it

Yup ... or you could rent a dremmel for like 25 bucks and then you are under 75 bucks for materials.

Using a dremel on plexi glass is not the easiest thing since it would have to be even and if it's uneven, it will be noticeable. There is a place in my area that does glass etching and is pretty good: http://www.paintbyjohn.com/home.html

And yes we can get aluminum trimming as the frame and mount the LEDs into it.

There is many places that we can get glass too. The cost on that ranges about somewhere around $75 depending on size.

btw, I've got a dremel if we go the plexi glass route.

turns out that its pretty long, like more than 10 ft, so we need a place to cut it.

im guessing its 1.5'x 12'. Haven't found a use for it, other than collect dust. So it will be perfect. Next I'm gonna ask adam (zinger.637) to see if he can cut it. Then get a quote from that one place dean showed me and see how much it will cost to lay our graphic on there. Now im stoked for this idea!!

Shit we can even make two! you know Import Reactor has an award for "Best Team Display" and ProjectM (mazda3 car club) easily won that dued to creativity. So i think, with a little effort, we can do it!
