Time to revive this thread with new update.

So i've been thinking about what kind of banner we should have for our IR2011 car show coming up next year. so i've been thinking of getting a standing banner, what do yal think?

You should create something that kinda goes with US Domestic ... the Flag idea makes me think Japanese, kinda like the old Samurai warriors carrying the flags to battle.

and I like the idea of a standing banner, it won't be the same as the one pictured (obviously) but it's a example of one. They're many different styles of how the banner stands up and i would a simple, plain banner. But to me, it's too plain and the newer styles are to stand them up sideways> So i wanted to let everyone that see us at car shows, that're caught up.

@ray: still searching up some ideas, but do you have any suggestions?


*edit* Team Epic has a standing banner but nothing like the one im imaging or the one in the pic. It's basically their logo on a yellow background. I want our current team banner to on it's side w/ a black background.

Yea i knew some of those car clubs had those standing banners. I like the idea but if other clubs have them then we are just taking their idea. now if u have other ideas on standing banners that will be diff. then post them.

the type of banner i wanted, is sitting outside of my store, by another business. I'll try to take a pic later.

Also i called Underground Graphics for price quote and they said it would be $105 for our current design to be on 2.5'x9' plain banner.

black background w/ white outline. When I finally find the cheapest place to do a banner, then ill set how much we'll need to pitch in for the sign.

Well I've decided that underground is our best, and cheapest, option. So now we know who to go to for our banner. I've also decided against the "standing banner" idea. it's easier to lay the banner on the ground in front of the cars, hang it from a canopy which we'll also try to get or if we're against a wall, we can just hang it there. We need to houston that we mean serious business!
