Here is the fitment info about the adjustable cam gears from zxtuner.com
"Fits: 2000-2004 Focus Zetec, Intake or Exhaust cam 2002-2004 Focus SVT, Exhaust cam only 1995-1997 Contour, Intake or Exhaust cam 1998-2000 Contour, Intake Cam only 1999-2002 Cougar, Intake Cam only 1998-2003 ZX2, Intake Cam only 2000-2004 Escape Zetec, Intake or Exhaust cam Note: This gear can be used in VCT situations like the other gears offered here but you'll need to drill out the center hole to pass the larger 14mm vct cam bolt thru it. Don't forget you'll need the VCT adapter too.... "

Tuning in cam gears is mechanical. Nothing you can do through a tuner. you have to actually set it then dyno it to see gain or loss and adjust again.

HAha thanks, you want to buy it? I need to sell it to pay for my Zetec engine. Im at the point now where I have a few thing that need to be fixed and don't want to because of me doing the swap soon.

It is a MUST to have adj. cam gear dyno tuned. There was a HUGE difference from my but dyno to the REAL dyno. I gained TQ everywhere in the powerband. You can see my dyno in the zetec dyno sticky thread. I'll be getting a new one soon unless I can come across some cams. Though I am interested in what I'm putting down now since I have more mods and finally a tune.
