Could be a small Performance boost with some Adjustable cam Gears

what are the possible gains from one cam? does it have to be reconditioned in some fashion, or can a good shape cam be dropped in? will a used cam be compatible with the existing valve buckets?

I imagine the gain would be a broader power band. Nothing to make you say OMG I'm sure.
Cams are good as long has they aren't worn down or nicked or damaged in any way.
A used cam can be compatible but you would still need to check the clearances on the buckets with the cam installed to be safe. Unless you want to hear the loudest ticking noise you'll ever hear.
