If you can hold off a few weeks until I have a free weekend, I'd be up for helping you out.

I did mine myself and can attest that it can go very quickly and smoothly.... if you prepare properly for it and have some inkling of what needs to be done.

If I might ask, what are all the parts you currently have ready? Are you doing the SVT header, Cat, and flex?

If only I lived closer. I'm always looking for easy money lol. Has long has you have everything you need it should be fairly easy. There should be a how-to on it some where to help you along. If you still feel like you want somebody to help then it might be a good idea to wait for some help

if MD was not so far away I would offer you newb help :)

if you do do this yourself, take pics (especially of anything that comes up that is a PITA) because I might do this myself

SVT exhaust conversion

Hey Man, Sorry the gfb guys haven't returned my pm yet.
As I stated in the gfb thread, they have been ultra busy.
If I can finds sometime in August, when life isn't hectic, I will help you install it.
I'll get back to you as far as what tools you should bring...aS i PROLLY HAVE EVERY TOOL WE WOULD NEED.
^damn caps lock.
Not a promise, just gonna try to do my best to help you out, if I can.
I HAVE A BUNCH OF STUFF i NEED TO DO TOO, before trash in the water, and my next autox.
So if you dont find someone else to help you.
Let me know, and we will work out a time to do this.
I dont want to charge you, but if i am gonna be skipping out on doing a sidejob to help you.
I will need some kind of compensation. Maybe I help you, you help me out as a tool gopher.
It takes so much more time to get under car, and back out to get a tool, then back under when you could be steady working to "giterdun".
Keep in touch, and let me know what a shop would want.
I'd check out a reputable "tuner" shop, or custon exhaust shop...that way any problems will be covered, and you will have a better idea how labor extensive this can be.
It can be easy ...IF you dont have rusted/stripped bolts.
Then it can be a giant PITA.
RUST is a modifiers worst nightmare.
When you have 9 years of MD winter salt caked roads eating away at the under carriage...it makes things 10x harder.
Did you get new bolts, and flanges? And cat or orp? If a orp, do you have ao2 cheater kit, or a excal to turn off O2/CEL?
