They are extremely easy to adjust. All you have to do is loosen the three upper strut mount retaining nuts. You don't even need to unweight the suspension.

But my personal opinion would be to set it and forget it. You can get a pretty "aggressive" alignment (read: autox oriented) and drive around on it every day, on soft tires, like the Dunlops with no adverse tire wear.

I'll drive with my camber plates in +/- 2.5 degrees with no issue of premature wear on the streets. If you adjust the camber, you will impact the toe setting. I think thats a bigger factor in tire wear.

I had no idea camber plates were such an important part for the Focus...I guess that will go along with the rest of my chassis stiffening project thats coming up.

Even cars that are dropped 2+ inches won't have the camber you can get with plates.
I run -2° every day with the LCR plates.
Another benefit of the plates is getting both sides equal.
Most cars stock are lucky to have less than 0.25° variance between sides.
