tried to but i ordered the part back in april, and cfm didnt even have anything instock till early june. so i thought nothing bad at the time. wasnt till end of june i was getting frustrated, then probably late july they stopped reply to me, ect. its over 45 days so i cant open one but i guess paypal notified them of my problems. im going to fax them a letter today. hopefully get somewhere. if not i hope everyone decided a law suit.

We all know they are watching this thread and others. The problem is that none of you are doing anything but complaining. You need to get every one involved and put a well written letter together. Once the letter is written have everyone sign a copy and have it notorized and then send it to them so they have to sign for it. That right there will get you somewhere. After that, if they do nothing then take them to small claims court. With the amount of people being screwed over there is no way you wouldn't win. Goodluck.

^^I dont see what a notarized letter will do? They still arent going to send parts or pay and the thing that will help them im court will be proof of purchase and HTPs lack of proof of shipment. In actuality it would cost me to go to court then worth going, unless you had a big order.

Maybe I didn't explain it good enough. I guess my idea is for everyone to get together as a group. The letter would be to show each person as an individual and how many people are actually having the problem and that they are serious about finding a solution. Everyone just needs to get together and do some brainstorming. I'm just throwing out ideas. I know I hate when customers don't pay me after doing work. But paying for something and it never shows up has to really suck.

Hi Mike,
We are sorry to say we have seen other companies, other customer, and us included that have issues with HTPerformance. We are have stopped doing business with them ever since we notice their bad business practices. We gave them a good amount of money to make some parts for us a couple months back, which we never received. We were lucky since we are able to do a charge back with the credit card company. I would recommend calling your credit card company and see if you can do a charge back. If that is not possible, you may want to seek legal advice from a lawyer to see if something can be done. I know there are two companies already seeking legal actions against HTperformance. It looks like they owe a good amount of money has not been paid. info i just received, thought you guys would like to know it. |
