^^They are still around. But I dont see how they will survive. They manage their business horribly. They are doing some Rally cars now. I hope they learn and start running like they should. They made some pretty neat stuff. To bad.

^^ well, their vendor status over there has been revoked as well so that definitely puts them in a tight spot.

if they do go under is there anyway i can get my money? i want these control arms.. should have went straight to CFM but they had them a bit cheaper... paypal by the looks of it wont do crap cause they kept saying it will be shipped in a few weeks. then i called. be shipped next week... now they wont reply to e-mails or calls, nothing. and i guess i waited too long to file a paypal claim.... this is horrible.. so unhappy with them... they should 1) ship everything ordered/catch up. 2) refund everyones money on incomplete orders.

^I doubt they have the money to give back. They havent even paid some of their suppliers. The only way I see everyone getting their money back is filing a big suit against them. This may throw them in to bankruptcy too. I cant say they are a bunch of Crooks yet but Im getting there. I believe they would have refunded everyones money if they would have had it.

Anyone they took money from should be made a sponsor on their rally cars. It'd be like a grocery list on the side of the car.

Or they can hook a trailer behind it with one of those big yellow signs straped to it

If you paid with Paypal open a dispute. They have 14 days to rectify the issue or Paypal will draw the funds from there bank.
