Just sent another e-mail to them.....via their web site.

Content being:

"Having pre-ordered and paid $175.85 for a part, on January 26th of this year, I'd have expected a delivery by now. At the very least I'd expect some sort of notification of the status of the order.

Sadly I have had neither!!!

So, at $175.85 out of pocket right now, I'm not too happy.

I used this form previously, in hope of a reply.....yet another item I have not got from you....a reply that is!!

So, please contact me with status of my January order (that's 22 weeks and 1 day ago!!!).

Shane Cherry"

So, we will see!

Sad to say that although understandable that HTPerformance was knocked off this forum, it leaves it hard to check on others who have similar issues.

Good luck to all in getting their purchased items!

Cheers, Shane

Thought I would share

Quote:
Hello everyone,

It seems that a state of the company is necessary for you all and will address the current orders you have pending with us.

Over the past few months we have taken on projects to ensure we could meet the bottom line, but this distracted our company from the heart of our business which is the design of premium performance products. Other reasons for these projects were to get our name out into the racing community and to further develop our market. This is still in the works, but at the cost of our time in getting products out the door.

Yes it has been difficult to keep up with orders and we are doing our best to get orders out the door. Timeliness hasn't been the case however. We will be honoring all orders that have been placed with us as swiftly as we can fill them.

Moving forward, as a manufacturing company, we are planning on finalizing all current orders and taking a manufacturing sabbatical to conduct a concerted R&D effort over the next few months which will bring to market a new range of product offerings for the Focus and Fiesta.

Being as customer service is not currently our companies' strong suit, we will be selling our line of premium products strictly through distributors, speed shops, and performance tuning companies. Direct sales via our website will no longer be available.

We sincerely apologize for the delays, but ultimately some decisions turn out to be not in the favor of all the parties involved.

Please contact me via e-mail brian@htperformance.net with any questions or concerns.

Cheers,
Brian

Jade,

Thank yu so much for your post and sharing this information. I'm glad that I might yet se my order fulfilled.

It's a pity that Brian could not have made such a statement a little earlier, but better late than never!

Again thanks.

Shane

Well just a bump on this because it needs to be spread. I was just reading over the other forum. They've been screwing over a number of people including suppliers that that haven't paid. Even one of the posters form CFM was talking about how awful their dealings were with them. They stopped dealing with them. It doesnt look good for the people that ordered parts from them and havent received any product or money back.
