I called them today about my SVT lower member brace, Brian called me back and said there out for powder coating. Try giving them a call again.

I called HTP today to cancel my order for the svt lower brace and got a full refund. I ordered the brace 2 months ago and just got fed up waiting for it.

Yeah i finally got ahold of them.
After calling them a few more times friday morning i realized the sound that i was hearing was a fax machine. So i sent them a fax from work and they called me maybe 10min later. that was around 12.30. they told me they were "swamped with work" so i am assuming they left the line on Fax mode so they wouldnt get any phone call ordrs or anything. they r going to ship my MAF tube monday with 2 day shipping.

Well it's good to hear something is being done. I would hold them to that. If it's not there on Wednesday, I'd call first thing Thursday morning. I would hope that they forward you a tracking number for the order.

I ordered a billet thermostat from them on the 29th of may. didn't get it until 17th of june. somewhat slow service, but I think it is because they have to build some of their products. That may be the reason. You never know though.

They posted on FJ yesterday... They are swapped because they are working on two Focus Rally cars for Rally America.

htp always does good by their customers... eventually. i dont mean that to come across as a bad thing. like has already been said, there's only two of them and they probably get hundreds of calls for orders in a week not to mention the internet orders they probably get. just keeping up with those two things alone would keep a team of people busy for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. and then they have shop projects as well where they have to physically work on customers' cars which sometimes involves extensive modification and imagination to say the least. im not saying they should be removed from any fault they have made or will make. im just saying give the guys a little slack.

^^They need to start hiring, or not take as many customers. Time to expand.
