Question data logging dmr/pids

ok i posted this same question in the ecu forum but nobody has realy answerd my question so im posting this here in hopes tom can steer me in the right direction.

just got my xcal 2 set up for logging what are the most important things to log and what are some others that are useful aswell.
i need to know what the exact names or close to what it says on the DMR/PIDS list for strategy UJAHA so i know that im getting the right items to log.

ok thanks tom ive got a couple more ?s

should i be using the lower case or the upper case items beause the log is super choppy especialy the pressure drop accross injectors and maf

and also the only tps item that i could find that worked was the TP REL (throttle position relative to closed) item
is that the right 1 to be using

and what about the knock sensor shouldnt i be logging that aswell and what item should i be using for that
