How many cars have you owned

I can easily remember 35. I know I've missed a few. My first was a 1971 Maverick Grabber. My latest will be a 2012 Focus next month.

I am 18 and I have had three vehicles, which I have all bought myself:
1. 1989 Dodge W100
2. 2004 Ford F150 XLT 5.4L
3. 2010 Ford Focus SE

I just bought my Focus on April 20, 2011 and I have never been happier.

Two. First, a '98 Corsica. And now my '01 Focus.

I would have to guess that I've owned at least 15 cars. The only real noteworthy ones were:

1) Dark green 1997 Honda Prelude Type SH. First nice car I ever owned. Absolutely LOVED that car. Maybe my favorite car ever. When I first took the 2012 Focus for a test drive, I immediately was reminded of this car as far as handling and ride feel.

2) Red Honda S2000. 6 speed manual and 9k rev limit (frequently visited by me). It was the closest I'll ever come to driving an F1 car. Almost killed myself in this car.

3) Red 2000 C5 Hardtop. Fastest car I've ever driven. Modded it up from 385 hp stock to 425. That was flat out one of the best cars ever made IMO. Despite awesome power, cornering and breaking it could get 31 mpg on the hiway and traction control (when used) was good enough to handle Minnesota winters as long as the snow wasn't too deep.

4) BMW 325i. Handled like a dream and one of the sweetest manuals I've ever driven and a great winter car despite RWD because excellent traction control system but started losing antifreeze after 1st year. I'm talking 1 quart / month. Dealer kept telling me nothing was wrong and I should just keep topping it off but I didn't believe them so I traded it in for another car before the warranty ran out fearing a cracked engine block or bad cylinder head gasket or whatever. Really soured me on BMW.

Now I drive a (Yawn) 2007 Civic EX. Dependable, good mileage, safe, boring.

But my 2012 Focus is on its way....

1. 1985 Mustang LX with a '92 5.0 engine(wrecked, my gf's fault) 1996 - 1998
2. 1979 Fiat Bertone X1/9, full custom exhaust, burgandy paint, 2 tops - one had a sunroof in it, the other was a hardtop(sold) 1998 -1999
3. 1985 Toyota MR2, V6 engine, tein race suspension, TSW wheels, custom paint(wrecked, my fault) 1999 - 2000
4. 1995 Eclipse GS-T, nothing more than a daily driver, custom stereo(wrecked, damn 14y.o drunk kids fault) 2000 - 2002
5. 1996 Mazda MX3, not the turbo one, custom two-toned white and black paint...lol the paint was a joke(traded for the Focus) 2002 2003
6. 1985 Chevy Blazer nothing special except by the time I was done with it, the suspension was gone,(sold) 2008 - 2011
7. 2003 Ford Focus(still have) 2003 - ?
