is it the tune?
I have a zetec with an autotragic tranny. I also have xcal3 with a tune. If i take off hard from a stop, i have clean shifts all the way through. If I stomp it from a roll, I hit the rev limiter 5 or 6 times and then it shifts really hard. Tune or Tranny? I tried to remove tune but car runs like crap due to mismatched parts and no egr.

^^I was kind a thinking the same thing. Have you ever done the maintenance to your tranny ie* change the fluid and filter? If you haven't then I would do that first then see if it still does it.
