engine problem

hey guys

Since I put my k&N air filter, I have a problem with my engine... sometimes the rpm goes down to 400 ... the engine shakes a lot and after the rpm goes up... what's the problem...??

ANYWAY, shady, whenever you do a mod to your car, it's always a good idea to first unplug your battery. After the install (wait about 15-30 min if you can) hook the battery back up and all the dials/ speedo/ etc. will spin and reset. This means that your computer will "relearn" all the inputs for your car and should be fine. This is necessary for you computer to refactor ratios like adjusting for more fuel where you have given it a better source for air. I hope all this babbling makes sense and helps you out.

yeah just disconnect your battery cables and leave them off and you should be fine
