Clutch noise with the fly wheel

Hey have any of you heard noises coming from your clutch\flywheel after you have changed to the stage 2 or 3 and the alum. flywheel? David norton at SPEC said it was perfectly normal and that it was the flywheel rattling.

Thats what they told me from Focus Sport.. that the flywheel will generate a bit more noise do to it being aluminum

Is it excessive though? what do you think?

ya i think it is but if it works and drops my RPM's faster i thnk i can live with it. I was just wondering if anyone else has the same jingle

most aluminum flywheels rattle, just somthing you gotta live w/ w/ the lightweight flywheels

I know David and trust me when I say he know's what he is talking about. I live less than 10 min away from SPEC, I also have the SPEC stage 3 clutch and alum flywheel and yes the rattle you hear is normal. It's a very unique noise and those who know performance always say to me when they hear it, "You got an alum flywheel."
