yeah I still think thats abnormally bad with my mods dont you guys? I think I need a compression test what you guys think? hell even a race header and a tune isnt going to drop it that much from that time huh?

Swapping ST wheels with steelies gained .168 ET & .77 mph in the 1/4 mile on a completely stock duratec/ATX.

ST wheels = 17.089 @ 79.88 mph
Stock steelies = 16.921 @ 80.65 mph

I can't honestly answer that. I haven't been to the track yet this year to test any gains with the tune.

Whats alot? I dont think its going to drop you a whole second. But the tune with the header is just a good idea to make your car drive better.

I would assume a race header and 93 tune would help my 1/4 time though wouldnt you?
