best spark plugs for svt performance?

i want to get new spark plugs but i'd rather not have to change them eveery 10k miles so im not really into copper. i just want something better than the stock ones that will last.

any suggestions?

I changed my stock plugs at 115,000. Whatever the shop installed is working good!

the iridium with last a lot longer. if there is no gain i dont see the point to make everyone switch to cooper. i have cooper now but i will go back to stock. its jsut useless to go cooper...

the only advantage is the cost. they cost like 12 dollar for 4 while its 40 for 4 iridium

Copper is cheaper and slightly colder plug but if you dont beat on your car a lot then leave what you have in there

What's your mileage though? I just changed mine out a few weeks ago (at 69,000) and I was surprised the thing was still starting. There wasn't much left on the stock ones. I went with the copper and regapped to .06.
