Exterior LED Conversion

yes, I have searched, and searched and searched...Has anyone completely replaced their bulbs with LED's? I have, and I have the hyper flash, but I also get "feedback" when I step on the brake. ALL the running lights come on. When I turn the parking lights on, the turn signal indicators on the dash glow faintly.

I am sure its a resistance issue (I think) but don't know which ones to use.

Any help would be great...

You're right about the resistance, you'll need a resistor in the paring light circuit. A 25w 25ohm will fix it, or anything marketed as a "bulb out warning fix".

Do I just grab any parking light wire, or is there one in particular?

Anywhere you see fit, they're all on the same circuit. I used the grill light harness since I don't have a stock grill.

I just put LED bulbs into my fog lights yesterday and I'm thinking about my side parking lights. In your opinion Is it worth it or is it to much of a hassle for bulbs?

now that I have the correct resistors to stop the hyper flash and parking light feedback, i LOVE the look of the LED. I will have pics posted later this week

Do you need more than one resistor? Like one per LED, Or just one in the parking light circuit?

Thanks,
sbc

True on the resistance, had the same issue on my truck.

On my focus I do not have led but I do have some feedback on the turn signal, they work fine when on but even off if you look close they glow a little, any ideas on why could be helpful? It came with the factory projectors, I put in different headlights but they had the slight glow before I changed them.
