lol ... i find that taking some kind of energy supplement or a thermogenic helps much better with energy and doesnt have the high sugar content of energy drinks ... XD

I am still residing @ 214.. so today training will be intense since I have this month to be down to less that 200. Which is easy if I can do 100lbs lost in less than 16 weeks this should be cake.... yum cake... that sounds really good right now...... any1 wanna eat cake? I know I have pizza last night... well more watched my friend eat it so I dont crave it. That helps me cope a lot... but I am a competitor and we do some interesting things with our nutrition to beat the fat kid in us... well in me at least....

Everyone keep up the gr8 work.

I wish i could have a soda and I dont even like them havent had one since 2000.
