Come to my house and let's have some beer! haha j/k

Be prepared for air sickness if it's you first flight, especially if you're on a bigger plane. I love flying, but get motion sickness due to the fact that my brain still isn't used to the fact that such a large piece of metal can maneuver up in the air!

As for places to go, here are some typical places:

Hike Diamond head
Swim at Hanauma bay
Halona lookout and blowhole
Sea Life park
Polynesian cultural center
Dole plantation maze/museum
Ride the old Oahu Railroad
Arizona Memorial
USS Missouri
Skydive above the North Shore
Matsumotos shave ice in Haleiwa

There's probably a ton more places, these are the few I can think of at the moment

I heard taking helicopters trips into volcanos was cool. My girlfriend went there and did that.

Yeah that does sound cool I've always wanted to check out the live volcanoes here! Unfortunately the closest active volcano is on the Big Island.

Man, I never thought of it like that. The way they build up suspense on that show. I never thought the bond jumpers had no where else to go. That shows a scam.

Actually for a lot of newcomers here they are quite surprised at how populated and urbanized Oahu really is. So there are in fact quite a number of places for criminals to hide out, but being that we are surrounded by water makes it more difficult for them to jump state haha

If you're going to Honolulu it's just as urban as any other relatively large city imo. Still got a lot of nice places to go though.

I'm supposed to be heading up there that weekend also to celebrate my brother's girlfriend's birthday. I want to fly up when I turn 21 at the end of next month though.
