emissions check

this is probably a very dumb question,,

but here goes,

I live in a very strict emissions county in NC, but the next county doesnt do emissions checks, just safety checks is it possible for me to drive to the next county over and get a safety check rather then going through the whole tuning process to get an emissions check?

If you dont have a CEL it more then likely will pass

To answer your question , get a po box in the next county and use that as your address then its legal to inspect in that county kind of
