Focus Fuel Filter Location

The title says it all. I have a 2005 Ford Focus (ZX5?) and need to replace the fuel filter. I'm sure this will appear to be just plain dumb, but am new to such maintenance needs. I purchased a new fuel filter. Now, I want to install it myself, but I don't know where it is? My guess is that it's likely to be found in as inaccessable location possible, but maybe it's somewhere in plain sight (I hope). Can someone describe where the fuel filter is? Knowing that should make it much easier to replace it.
Thanks!

Thanks! I might have never looked there, however I did assume it would be located in as inaccessable place as possible. I'm 76, so I guess my 23+ year old son has a chore to do for me.

Acessiblity for home replacement

How acessible is the fuel filter, to do it yourself or would you need the car up on a rack? Also is the '05 Fuel filter a dealer only part? Thanks

You can get it from the ground with the car on jack stands. Little more work, but doable. You can get the filter anywhere.

Yep, and be sure to press on the white center part of the clip- don't try to remove the white clip. If you have a place that sells WIX filters nearby those come with both types of clips now unless you get some old stock.
