Here's the MAF housing and inlet tubing, all of the clamps and couplers are like the ones pictured here. Many more available, though.

I made my own out of an old tripod center section.

Just take that and slide it inside a pipe that is just slightly larger in diameter and has weak enough sidewalls that when you put a bolt through both pipes and tighten it it'll pin the tripod bar in piece. Then cut a short length of pipe, cut that pipe in half lengthwise, weld it to the outer pipe perpendicular (so you can clamp the mount on to a roll cage or harness bar) and you're done.

I used some foam pieces to put between the mount and harness bar to not mar the surface of the bar.

ADDED: SCT Xcal2 $150 plus shipping, LFQ0 but can be unlocked and reprogrammed for any zetec ECU (and maybe SVT/duratec?)
