Not without modification. I looked into it. I acutaly saw a 00-04 focus with just the 05-07 bumper on it. The only spot it didnt line up was under the tail lights next to the trunk. The was about a 2" gap under the lights.

So it can work if you modifey the 05-07 SAP bumper.

VIS has the new Fusion rear bumper for the sedan and its listed on there site as for the 2000-2007 so I called them. They said it would be a direct bolt on but like Chris said, you would just need to do a little fiberglassing under the tail lights and it would fit perfectly. But to try and put the 2000-04 rear on an 05-07 is a different story, you would actually need to remove material under the tails instead of adding fiberglass. But all in all its not that difficult if you are good working with glass.

ok so the sap rear diffuser may be sexier in your mind but im going for the svt look so its a moot point, the fuzion rear is ugly maybe somebody can make it look nice, yes it will take some custom work but it will be worth it

Can you take pics of the progress work on the bumper? I have been thinking about putting a 05 bumper on my car if I can find a cheap one.

they mount up just not latched. im working on mounting the latches to make them functional, i cut it off and pushed the remaining material down in, basically anything that served no purpose and was in the way was removed like the elastic bands on the fronts of the back seats was also taken off

needs alittle bit of work to jog up the sides just a bit and some work so it sits more flush over all though the sides slid right in so it looks like i wont be chopping up my stock rear but will be trimming the plastic under the tails to get it to sit flush
Edit: after working on it abit more
