+1 For Tom's tune. I have recently received my Xcal3 from Tom. I will have to say so far the tuning experience has been great. I arrived home to find my Xcal and it was after 5pm AST. I got the Xcal setup updated and all software installed, now it was almost 6pm. I msg'd Tom and he still was online so i could get my info to him for my first tune (almost 10pm where he is @). Next morning I awoke to find my first tune in my e-mail.

I downloaded my tune on the Xcal then on the car, and i can say it woke up the 2.0 and auto trans nicely. A definite difference from stock form. Smother idle, quicker throttle response, firmer and quicker shifts. Although I do like the initial tune i have already, I know I will even more satisfied when I start data logging.

Over all Tom has been very helpful. He helped me get my PID list setup on live link. His responses are relatively quick and very informative. There is not much more you can ask for when it comes to his customer service. He is known to look @ some guys data logs even if they aren't his customers. Who else would do that? Free N/A tunes, nowadays you can't get nothing NOTHING for free. Tom has gone far and above to show his top notch customer service.

Just got Tom's tune and a Predator for the SVT. It's well worth the money, and really woke up the car. Tom provides excellent customer service and support. I highly recommend going with him. Thanks Tom!!!

I had toms tune in my SVT Focus years ago, and when I came back into a Focus ST I had NO DOUBT whos tune would be running my car! I have never had problems with bucking, stumbling, etc with any of his tunes, THEY WORK! And seriously, FREE N/A UPDATES?! thats dedication.

Tom is also a fountain of information, and he's willing to share. Ask him anything and he will respond within the day.

I personally thank Tom for everything he does for this site and everyone thats a part of it!

Just got a tune from tom again, I went from having my car as a 1/4 mile runner to a Full on audio car. Tom helped me setup firmer shift points for my extra weight im carrying around , and also informed me of much i did not know about my vehicles electrical system . +1 for him any day

I vote for Tom for sure. Just finished tuning last week and the tuning is excelent. So increadably smooth and predictable and way faster than I started. I had several technical and mechanical problems along the way that Tom was able to advise me on. I would go for days sometimes weeks between being able to send logs and Tom was always prompt with updates.
