I put the MT285 6spd in my ZX3, they had to use the XCal II and some dyno time for the car to act right though.

an automatic SVT swap.... that doesn't even sound right, my friend goes to UTI, and some guy mentioned he bought an SVT sedan of the dealership, it has the bumper and all the looks, guess what? it is an automatic, but no SVT motor in it

why are you even trying this. jsut back out now. or take it to smoeone else and have the swap done right while you learn to drive stick. you'll never get that auto to work right with the svt mill. and you'll probably kill the tranny anyhow.

Hey everyone!!!! Im sorry i havent been updating but i liost my job and ran out of funds :/ BUT i have successfully got spark and the svt engine fired right up!!!!! i havent got to drive it unfortunatly do to my throttle cable coming detatched from the throttle body. and also i have to lock in my vct gear or adjust the timing somehow. But non the less it DOES work. so thank you for everyone who didnt have faith, it just kept me motivated and thanks a ton to everyone for all the info on the engine!! i really appreciate all the help!
