intercooler size question (2nd gen duratec)
I want to start piecing together parts for my DIY turbo build. I was wondering what size intercooler are most of the 2nd gens running? I'm thinking 28" x 7" x2.5" with 2.5" inlets will be a good size. will it fit between the crash bar and lowest part of the front bumper? I'm going to use the K&N fipk for the maf tube and a 2.5" inch bov+rs knockoff bov and generic 2.5" inch intercooler pipes for the pieces in between.

yeah its gonna fit and about the bov u should at least get known brands for bov, wg, and turbo just my opinion, for everything else is ok like the ic those ebay ones r ok

ive ran 2 greddy knock off bovs in my hondas before for years..so Its fine. I do agree on running a good turbo though.
