Lets name the issues we have with our foci. Ill start. I gotta change out the rear hub assembly but didnt have the right size socket for the axle nut. Gotta use some jb weld to fix a hole i have in my windshield wiper fluid resevoir. Gotta grease my end links. Gotta take door panel off to figure out why it wont unlock when preased. Need to figure out why the gauge does what it does. And figure out why my doors wont unlock when i turn the car off.

It's 32mm I believe? I have the right size at home
JB weld on plastic? Use a plastic epoxy for that I think it would work better
Greasing is easy, though they are so cheap just buy new ones?
Switch probably went bad on the unlock button
The gauges do what they do due to a bad ground, the focus has 56 grounds have fun lol just kidding about the looking part you can only get to half of them. It's ether the wires behind the cluster or it's you power wires going from the alternator to the starter then battery or it's the grounds on the battery its self. My car did the same thing, 3 alternators later and some new battery cables problem fixed. Hasn't happened again since 5 yrs ago
The door lock problem sounds like it could be related to the gauge problem.

Fuel filter, fuel pump, passenger side tie rod and end link, passenger power window assembly. Those are my needed fixes for the future. Now mods are a whole other story:)
