Haha ... thanks Paul. After getting Peter's transmission back in his car and finally driving the car after sitting for almost 2 months. He cleaned it and decided to go for a photo session. He felt super happy and that Mustang shifted so well. It was smooth and solid.

He left me test drive it. And having tested it before, his new clutch felt even better.

Trying to get both of them to AutoX at least once. haha

Today I'll be working on my car all day cause inspection expires in 9 days.

DJ, try calling around salvageyards, if you can find engine for less than $600 then it's still gonna be cheaper than rebuilding yours, and later you can part out the good pieces of your old engine to recover few $, or keep it for later rebuild with turbo in mind when you are in better financial situation to get one bad ass Focus.

http://www.apacheautoparts.com/ <- call em and ask, last time I was there they still had SVT engine.

Chris, or anyone else for that matter, have yall checked this one out? Like anyone actually go to look at it? It looks the exact same as mine only with a moonroof, and better headlights. Even got the same mileage.. Lol.

Well that was the last one I was about to check, even got appointment with the guy selling it, but pulled trigger on RX8 same day so never went there. Looks good.
On your place I would go and have a look at it. It has HIDs and nice tint. If you need a ride there, I don't work on Tuesday (by some miracle) so can help ya out.

If you go the way of buying other SVT instead of getting another engine, you can still recover some money by parting out your current one. Brakes alone will go for $700.

Hehe, well I almost ended up with two SVTs, so I can not disagree with you on that one.
I was just worried about your budget, BUT... if you can buy the other one, and keep the blown one till you have money to rebuild it and race it on autocross, then yea go for it!
