Lucky. Well I had to wait on 4 W-2's.. Since this is the first time that I only have one job lol. By the way, I took out that insert out of the airbox earlier today when I had it taken apart. The one yall told me to take out.

The horn looking thing? You have a SVT you shouldn't have to take off anything it's one of the best intakes made for the focus.

Yeah that one. The one on the right that just slides off. Everyone at the meet said to take it out.. so I went ahead and did it.

I didn't say too lol. It's a resonator to help quiet it down. Personally I would have left it like I'm leaving the one on the stock intake I got to replace the aftermarket one I have on my SVT. Which reminds me I need to take that thing off to sell it. I want my SVT almost completely stock. They only made like 14k of them and each day there are fewer and fewer ones left. The SVT is hard to improve on with aftermarket parts.

Eh. I feel like it doesn't do much anyways. I'll just leave it off for now. Yeah I don't think I'm gonna do much aftermarket. Except for the polys and hopefully sometimes in life an exhaust system.

The SVT already has a pretty good exhaust as it is, not much to improve on unless you go 3". Most mods are just noise makers. The mods that can really make a difference and mainly these are in much better drive ability are the mounts, short throw shifter, and a tune (Highly recommended). HERE is a link to the SVT sticky threads, lots of useful information in these threads.

I think I'm going for a 3 inch Borla. Eventually. Honestly atm I just want it running properly without worrying about something exploding or falling out lol.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about performance parts or exhaust or anything like that till it's running in tip top shape.
