I do have the Eibach pro kit for cheap since your local. Cool thing is mine are from a little while back and the drop is 1.5 front and 1.8 back.

I would drill small pilot holes first. Then you can screw into the holes. Self tapping can walk on you or the drill can come off the head and then you've got messed up paint.

So you figured it out Daniel? What was wrong with it?


So Tim and I worked on his SVT. His motor really has 65k mi on it or so, and was the cleanest motor I've ever seen, it even has a little engine plate on it saying it's new from ford. I've never seen that before on a focus, his motor really did come strait from Ford. Now on to the amazing part or not so amazing part. The motor with that low of mileage had a t-belt that looked like this.









Also it looks like Gates improved on the t-belt tensioner it even says it on the box





I honestly though we were going to open the motor to a pristine condition belt, boy was I surprise. It could have gave out at any time.
