u talking about this one, http://focus.c-f-m.com/NEWITEMCFMrev...etez00-04.aspx

no, its plastic, but they changed up how the thermostat housing bolts onto it, and its made of thicker plastic, so it doesnt break as easy.... my original housing broke on me, so i bought the CFM Revised housing and it works great, didnt break when i installed it and its been on for 8 months now, with no problems at all....

haha welllllllll
getting stock header off was a bh and after that we were looking up if we needed different ps line and the thread we saw said der so we went out got one but there was a sensor bung on it and im like que so we found a way to plug that hole *sun still up maybe 2or 3ish pm* after we got that new line in came the header which went relatively well *time unknown starting to become tired* and being all giddy over looking at the header i was like lets see if svt flex fits fswerks *nonsvt* stealth exhaust and low and behold it didn't sooooooooooooooo we were like great now wtf do we do *tick tock tick tock DING* lets make a notch in the flex flange so it will line up to the fswerks resinator flange next thing u know dremel comes out with new diamond blades woot and we went at it *Daniel had that project ;) 7pm or so* so after seeing how that was going i decided to piece the car back together everything was going fine ps line connected battery tray back in*battery plugs cleaned thanks to Daniel and coke* intake was back on maf connected etc etc so after some waiting for the flex flange *12am yes that long to cut thru* we test fit and it was a tad off but we could fit the bolt in there with out having exhaust leak so bangarang we done, started cleaning up and *with car still on jack-stands* started the car *which was awesome btw* and we noticed some things like hmmm wtf is that leaking from underneath the car that looks like choco milk shut off car found out that i forgot to put o'ring on end of ps line *instant hatred for myself* so we get that fixed and after a nice test run * couldn't go all out because the fuzzungus was among us chasing after some hood-loom or something whatever so full throttle was not achieved* but boy on the way home on the "drag strip"near Pearland i found a space where my foot could reach the floor and that was the fastest 60 to 95 I've ever done the car went from i dn't wanna and screaming at me to LETS GET IT ON LIKE DK and seemed like it wasn't nothing to the new performance mods but POWAAAAA soo needless to say adding a header with etc pieces increases torque and hp like crazy and throttle response is crazy better*home at 2am but this is my story and now i shall go back to lurking in the shadows of FF deuces!!

I bent my power steering line and it started leaking like crazy. It doesn't help that it was already leaking lol. I also think I got the power steering line from Rockauto and it was 35 bucks if I remember right. I used a bolt to block the pressure switch. I also didn't need to slot the flange to connect to the exhaust since I kept my CFM flex and hacked up Ray's old bent up ORP and had a pipe made with the flanges to fit the header to the aftermarket stock flex. I also bent my stock oil dipstick since I apparently lost the SVT one I had.

With the header you pohwa EVERYWHERE!
