thanx for suggestion, but I didn't open brake lines,

if there isnt a sensor ring, then that'd explain all the problems.... maybe the wrong part got put in the wrong box, or it was just wrong part number in general....

Even if u didn't open any brake lines I would still bleed them. Even when u change out the rotors u bleed them. At least I did when I change my rotors

You have to specify you need the abs ring as well when ordering a hub for an svt since most of the time the abs sensor ring is reused from the original hub.

Travis you can just get a shorter belt for a car with out a/c and bypass the a/c completely. (or so I been told before)

Chris I believe if the abs is not working the the brake system defaults to a 50/50 brake bias. Also you need to describe the problem better. Is the pedal mushy, does it go to the floor, or does it feel like it always has? Jeremy's on the right track with the brake bleeding. Always a good idea even if you change rotors or heck it's still probably the OEM brake fluid from when the car was built. Brake fluid attracts water over time. Also Donald is right you need to make sure the abs ring is on the hub and most people just swap it over.

ya, I already know hub assembly P/N YS4Z-1A034-AA does not include ABS Tone ring, so I installed it without it
I just hope I didn't screw up the water sealing metal part of the hub by installing it this way and tightening to specs.

About bleeding brakes, I really understand 2 things:
- I think that in this instance it can't be the actual reason why my brakes work much worse after install.

- still tho, I think you guys are right that it's generally a good idea to bleed em just to make sure they would will work as they should.

so what I'm gonna do is to leave bleeding of brakes for when I will be doing suspension work (springs/shocks/ball joints/tie rods/end links/bushings/etc...) because then I will need to disconnect brake lines anyway.

in the morning tho I will try to tackle the problem with abs, and will swap the sensor ring from the old hub

thank you all for input
