Sorry for the confusion

SVT header + SVT cat + SVT flex = complete

SVT header + ORP + SVT flex = complete

SVT header + custom pipe or McNewsauto's pipe + Stock or aftermarket Zetec flex = Complete

These are three of your options. I went with the last one since I already had a CFM flex and Magnaflow exhaust. It was also the cheapest option for me.

Only thing is when you use the zetec flex you will not make as much top end due to the much smaller diameter. Its only a little less like 2-4 hp.

I already have header, dipstick and tube and 2.5" flex. I just need the rest but that will come early next spring.

Yup, the svt is running finally, then we decided to keep it since its a great replacement for our current daily driver ('01 spi escort with 230k!!!!!... rebuilt head about 30k ago), just need to fix some little crap on it, both o2s went bad from it just sitting there, need two front tires since the onse on the car are dry, and will be fixing the ac soon, then it's back to stock motor mounts for comfort, and maybe do the timing again just to be safe ... will need new shocks/struts too... sigh all that work makes me lazy lol

That's fantastic news except for all the little work it needs lol. Rockauto has O2 sensors cheap, I got the NTK one for yeller' and it works great. They are the manufacturer for ford's O2's, and they reach with no extensions on Yeller's SVT header conversion

Might have to get some o2 sensors from Rockauto then. Then I'll just need the orp or cat and a tune.

Do it! You'll have a noticeable power increase by getting rid of the factory manifold, cat, and tiny flex.

im watching out for a good deal on a Header, ORP, and Flex... Dont have much money, but if its cheap enough, or can do payments, then Im going to buy one.... Hopefully its an SVT and I can find a member that'll cut it into 2 or 3 payments....
