Nope. Doesn't have to do with me or the kraken.
Although, tomorrow I plan on working on the whale tail. I noticed one imperfection/chip in the clear coat, so plastidip accent it is. Just need the dip. Or vinyl wrap? Hmm

Hence why I have been vague for a couple months on here.

Ok, now I see, well... I met you after you decided to go on your own so that's why was confused with "new" crazy life ;)
anyways, you do quality work so I'm sure you will be fine. And crazy times when taking off... well that's how almost any business works, so ears up, things will turn fine for you if you stay dedicated

Yes you need the the flex, a cat or ORP. Or do what I did and make a pipe that connects to the zetec flex. McNews automotive makes one too but it's kinda pricey but you wouldn't need to buy the flex and that could offset the cost.

Nope. To do the header conversion you need the svt cat or an svt orp and you need the svt flex, svt dipstick/tube. Since the svt header had no egr you will either need to a bung welded onto the svt header or you will need to delete the egr. Of course this will throw a code when you delete so you will need a tune. Also you will either need to either extend the 2nd o2 sensor wires to reach the new location(slightly further away) or run a mil eliminator. Some people replace the zetec power steering line with an svt one and some just bend the zetec one a bit to clear the header. CFM also sells a flexible bypass kit for the power steering line. Also Paul had a pipe made to connect to the zetec exhaust or something. He can give more info on that.

Here is a pic of mine, don't mind the crap load of RTV, I been fighting a losing battle with a oil leak for ever.

Oh and if you buy a NTK O2 sensor it will reach with no problem. They are the manufacturer for ford and you can get one for about 30 bucks off of Rockauto.com
