Used to do some parkour several years ago until my back started acting up. Would like to get into it again but I would definitely need to get in better shape and see a chiropractor for some adjustments to get my back in better shape. It was alot of fun.

I know what ya mean, I have 4 damaged disc's in my lower back, go to doctor monthly to get shots in my spine/back muscle's and im on ZERO labor for at least next 6 months, then I get another MRI done to see if improvement or not

so i was told today by my roomate that i need to put more work into the Roush and my other focus.... first on the list passenger side knuckle.... anyone have one they want to sell? also.... im bored at home working some reports for the next day.... a little annoyed at my boss right now apparently the 8 hours of overtime that i put in last week in a 4 day work week did not mean much to my boss when i asked to leave 30 minutes early today.

Sorry to hear. Luckily I'm not that bad off. Can't really go all out running jumping and so forth. Need a series of chiro visits and mores exercise. As a result of less physical activity i'm not as flexible and my endurance is down due to lack of cardio. That and alot of ice cream lol. Oh and let's not forget work which gets pretty demanding so I just feel drained when I get home. So then I eat more ice cream. Think I'm seeing a pattern here.
