The Genesis isnt a very high CCA (Cold Cranking Amp) Batt . Make sure you do a LARGE +/- cable the longer the cable the more it lowers the amps , the smaller and long cable lowers the Amps even more

As small and Lt weight as the Batt is may want to think about keeping it close to the starter

Just a heads up , you may know this already

Tom

Tom,
Thanks after thinking it through I'm going to mount the genesis where the stock battery is. I priced the 0-1 guage wire and it's pretty expensive, and then there is the added wieght of the wire. I may change later but this is easiest and cheapest. It's interesting on the Buick board they recommend sourcing battery wire at a welding supply store, they say it's better quality and cheaper.
thanks again
Dan

Its a lot more flexible also, thats what I used to relocate my battery to the hatch.

The vortech kit had this installed in the pass side wheel well. Wasn't really keen on putting water in front of my tire so I mounted it as shown. Another thing it was to be mounted on a non flat surface with self starting screws.. not the best. This is mounted with proper hardware. I think this should be good I'll wire the pump to a heated seat switch button.

Curious, since it's a track car, why go with drilled rotors in stead of slotted? With so much heat stress, you're not worried about cracking?
