oil change?

what kind of oil do i need for my focus for a regular oil change and what kind of filter do I need.
oh ya what kind of transmission oil should i use?

I use motorcraft full synthetic 5w30 in mine. Some people use synthetic blend.

ok the guy at napa told me 5w-20 fully synthetic so i got mobile 1 is that ok and is mobile a good brand. And Im not sure about the oil filter he gave me its a napa gold oil filter #1315

I use Royal Purple but it's really expensive and it kills me, some reason I sill use it

Amsoil Synthetic 0w-30 signature oil, Filter Amsoill # EA035, Trans oil Amsoils 5w-40 European oil. I did this complete change out 02/02/0...What a difference in the transmission...silky smooth.

I use Jesus Brand 5W-30, it's slick like salvation. Without being more of a dick, it hardly matters. You will not feel any performance gains using one oil versus another and everybody uses different oil. Synthetic oil is theoretically better because the molecules are purportedly uniform in size, but when you really think about that it's the difference between .01953 thousandths of an inch vs. .01955 thousandths. I would say just stick to oil from a mainstream manufacturer, change it occasionally and most importantly DON'T DRIVE YOU CAR LIKE A PISSED OFF TEENAGER. <<< Best protection money can buy.
