Question 00 Foci vs 03 mustang?

Ok, there is a guy i work with that is a cocky little shit that gets on my nerves very bad becuse he just got a brand new 03 mustang GT Auto. I would really like to wax his ass. I have my FC flex pipe coming tuesday with the mods below and we are going to race next weekend. Am i going to get my ass handed to me or do you think i could at least keep up with him? I consider my self a good driver, just need to nail down my on the line reaction. I usally go around 2,500 rpm. What do ya'll think???

i think you will get owned. if he forgets which pedal is the gas, you might have a chance. lol.

seriously though, i honestly dont think you have much of a shot. if its a convertable, it might be a little closer becuase of the weight.

i think if you could convince him to race on a twisty road, you could take him, but in a straight line, it wont even be a race.

anyways, if there is no $ on the line, race him and have some fun. who knows, you might get lucky.

First, the new V8's dont have a small engine. Sure the old ones had the 5.0, but still 4.6 isnt bad at all. Second, you would get killed since those things run in the 14's. Good luck tho.

I really did not know that the auto are that fast. If the autos run around a 14.7 than what do the 5-speeds run? low-14s?
