Drag Suspension

Hi Guys,

I am currently on custom coilovers. Any tips other than having rear shocks on super hard.

I have end race motor mounts and solid lower arm bushes.

Thanks

Charlie

check out lakewood traction bars and pray that they will fit on euro models. thats really the only advice i can give. another trick to try is to pull the emergency brake to lock the rear wheels when you are staging at the starting line. rev the engine and slip the clutch slightly to make the rear of the car squat but dont slip it so much that you drag the back tires obviously. when you launch you let out the e-brake and the clutch. this generally gives me good results at the track. less energy wasted on loading the suspension on launch.

Is your car for drag racing only?

I built the car to run in time attack.
